How did you get into the sport of martial arts?
My buddy was training out of his house and he asked me to come out one night, I tried it and I’ve been hooked ever since.

What is your favorite strike or submission? My favorite sub is the armbar
What or who is your biggest inspiration?
My son hands down.  He has been the best thing to happen to me.  I do everything for him.

Who do you train with? Why? Who pushes you the hardest in the gym?
I Train at Gravity Bjj in Surrey. There is a great group of people there and we all are there to make each other better.  Everyone there has their own way of pushing me to my limits.

Where do you feel most comfortable in a fight?
I feel most comfortable on the ground.



What was your childhood and adolescents like?
It mostly involved running from sport to sport.  I pretty much played everything you can think of.

If you could say one thing to your opponent what would it be?

What makes you different than any other local fighter in mma in your weight class? My life experience.  I’ve been through a lot the last little while and it has only made me a stronger person mentally.

If you could watch anyone fight in any era who would it be?
Manny Pacquiao
What do you want to be remembered for?
I want to be remembered as someone who gave everything and left it all in the ring.
