Kendall “Da Spyda” Grove signs with the AFC

UFC Veteran Kendall “Da Spyder” Grove signs a multi-fight contract with the Aggression Fighting Championship (AFC)



The Aggression Fighting Championship (AFC) is thrilled to announce that 13-time UFC vet and The Ultimate Fighter winner Kendall “Da Spyder” Grove has signed a multi-fight deal with Canada’s fastest growing promotion. Grove will debut, co-headlining a stacked AFC 13 card in Victori,a BC on November 3, 2012, which already has a spectacular main event in John Alessio versus Dave Mazany set to headline. Grove will be fighting for the first time on Canadian soil and is excited to put on a show for the fans. “All I hear is good things about this AFC promotion.  I’m just stoked to get in the AFC cage and fight! I want to show these fans what “Da Spyder” is all about.”

“Da Spyder” was a mainstay in the UFC for five years after bursting onto the scene after winning Season 3 of The Ultimate Fighter under the coaching of Tito Ortiz. The Hawaiian native went 7-6 fighting in the world’s biggest promotion facing the best middleweights on the planet. He will now look to make an impact in Canada’s biggest promotion the AFC.
